Wednesday 15th October 2014
We had another good turnout at the October BrisBIM Gathering. If you didn’t make it, this is what you missed:
Click on the title of the presentation to download the PDF.
5:00pm – Arrivals & Networking
5:30pm – Intro & Announcements
5:40pm – HVAC Design to Fabrication, Patrick Hendry (EMF Griffith)
6:00pm – The Junction Box between BIM, Revit & Electrical Design, Jacob Farley (BSI)
6:20pm – Making the Museum: Standardisation in a Free Form Structure, Alex Leese/ Jack Dodgson (Cox Rayner Architects)
6:40pm – Sustainability, Performance, Design, Nick O’Brien (Sefaira)
7:00pm – Networking with Drinks & Light Snacks
Some of the speakers have provided us with a PDF of their presentations. They don’t serve to capture the presentation so much as to provide a taste of what you’ve missed (in other words you really should come along to the next event!). Not to mention that the networking and the open access to some of the local industry’s leading BIM brains is really the highlight of every BrisBIM Gathering (OK, the free beer and food ranks highly too!).
Thanks to our sponsors for the evening;
and not forgetting the venue provider:
